ReplyDeleteA Coveted Jen Original?!?, I'm in! It's beautiful ♡ My Christmas tradition is... we listen to Elvis Christmas Songs every year and my favorite is that look through all our friends and family's Christmas cards from the years before...we store years and years of Christmas cards in a basket and keep them under the tree. It's so much fun especially when the new ones come trickling in.

ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful and would be perfect for me and the girls
ReplyDeleteoh my word! this is fabulous! So generous! I would cherish it. crossing my fingers and my toes! when we were engaged I made my hubby and I rather large stockings and we decided if it fit in the stocking we could give it as a gift... years have passed and we still have this tradition... the first year I stuffed his with a pair of snowpants for our honeymoon... this year I am stuffing it with James Bond movies and books :) 12 years of large stockings and now there are 4 more in our house for our little people.

ReplyDeleteI thought I posted earlier, but it seems to have disappeared! I'd mentioned that we're re-doing Morgan's room when we move and that this quilt would be a perfect addition! Also, that one of our favorite new Christmas traditions is using the beautiful Advent calendar that you made for us... if only I could keep a certain little boy from peeking at the surprises!
ReplyDeleteLove this Jen! My favorite family tradition is the day after Thanksgiving taking out all of the Christmas decorations inside and out! Ethan who is 10 has been a Christmas nerd since 3 so helps for hours and hours to set everything up. Of course while doing this he's always singing along to Christmas music which is priceless to me.
ReplyDeleteMy new tradition is making the husband do the stockings. A couple years back after doing all the shopping and prepping the food I told the husband if he wanted stockings he had to do them and he has done them every year.

ReplyDeleteWe sort of take all morning to open presents because we let one person go at a time! Haha it takes forever but we get to see what everyone has!
ReplyDeleteOh wow - this is beautiful! Obviously, I would LOVE to win a quilt that you made. :)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite tradition has always been cookies and milk for Santa and sugar for the reindeer. My mother always made sure there were "nose prints" in the sugar bowl Christmas morning.

I shared your blog on Facebook! Of course, I don't want TOO much competition in the giveaway... ;)
ReplyDeleteYour work on this quilt is gorgeous & unique!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful quilt! My favorite Christmas tradition is decorating the Christmas tree. It is a time to reflect on all the wonderful places we've traveled. I always try to buy a Christmas ornament from every trip. Memories flood back each year during the decorating fun! This year I'm sad we won't have our own tree. We're in transition, living with my parents until our house is built. HOPEFULLY, we can continue this wonderful tradition next Christmas!!! wrkncampbell02@gmail.com
