I got an Ebelskiver pan for my birthday last November. I found this fabulous cookbook at Williams & Sonoma to go along with it. I fell in love with the Ebelskiver when I tried them in Solvang, CA a few years ago.
Eden loves them too!
How come kids look so cute all messy? Espesically when I do NOT have to clean them up....who's kidding...I put my kids on the floor and let the dog clean them...treat for the dog, & less mess for me...j/k...but it's a thought ;)
